This Pacific Beach home, built in 1962 in San Diego, California, was in need of a thoughtful remodel. The primary goal was to highlight the breathtaking views by creating a neutral, understated interior that still feels warm and inviting. The design features a blend of white shaker cabinets complemented by sleek walnut flat-panel accents, paired with simple, all-white quartz countertops and backsplash for a timeless look. We introduced several skylights to maximize natural light, with carefully chosen lighting fixtures to maintain an ambient yet functional atmosphere. The remodel encompasses 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, all exuding serenity while subtly nodding to the home’s mid-century origins.
